We are desirously seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our organization and fill the following positions
Qualifications: Master’s in Environmental Science, Climate Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; formal training in GIS, remote sensing, or climate modelling.
Experience: 2–5 years in research or policy roles with NGOs, think tanks, or academic institutions; experience producing peer-reviewed reports, policy briefs, or IPCC/UNFCCC-aligned analyses.
Key skills: statistical software (R, STATA), data visualization, and inclusive data collection methods for persons with disabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Community Development, Social Sciences, Disability Studies, or Environmental Studies; training in participatory methods and disability-inclusive community engagement.
Experience: 3+ years in grassroots mobilisation or community programmes; proven work with marginalised groups, disability networks, or albinism associations.
Key skills: facilitation, accessible communications, conflict sensitivity.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Development Studies, Business, or International Relations; certification in grant writing and donor compliance (e.g., EU, USAID).
Experience: 3–5 years securing institutional grants and managing donor relations; track record with international donors and disability-inclusive project proposals.
Key skills: proposal development, budget design, donor reporting.
Qualifications: Master’s in Development, Statistics, M&E, or Project Management; certification in Results-Based Management and Logical Frameworks.
Experience: 5+ years designing M&E systems for donor-funded projects; experience with OECD-DAC criteria and disability-sensitive indicators.
Key skills: quantitative/qualitative methods, SPSS/R, baseline/midline/endline evaluations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Education, Communication, or Environmental Studies; training in inclusive curriculum design and climate literacy.
Experience: 3+ years developing and delivering training for schools, community groups, and disability organizations.
Key skills: accessible materials, adult learning, teacher training.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR, Social Work, or NGO Management; training in volunteer management systems and accessibility accommodations.
Experience: 2–4 years managing volunteers and membership drives; experience recruiting and supporting volunteers with disabilities.
Key skills: volunteer retention, DBS/safeguarding, accessible onboarding.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, or Digital Communications; certifications in cyber security and cloud/CRM platforms.
Experience: 3–5 years managing NGO databases, websites, and remote collaboration tools using AI; experience implementing accessible digital platforms.
Key skills: CRM (Salesforce/Comm Care), data protection, assistive technology integration.
Qualifications: Law degree with specialization in Environmental Law, Human Rights, or Disability Law; bar membership preferred.
Experience: 5+ years advising NGOs on compliance, contracts, and international treaties (UNCRPD, Paris Agreement); experience with litigation or policy advocacy on disability and albinism issues.
Key skills: regulatory analysis, safeguarding, risk management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or Business; ISO 14001 or CSR certification.
Experience: 3–5 years implementing green operations, carbon accounting, and accessible workplace adaptations.
Key skills: procurement, waste reduction, sustainability reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in International Relations, Development Studies, or Environmental Policy; training in stakeholder engagement.
Experience: 4–6 years building coalitions across NGOs, government, and private sector; experience convening disability and albinism networks and representing organizations at international fora.
Key skills: negotiation, coalition management, conference representation.
Relevant academic qualifications and professional experience
Strong commitment to community development and NGO values
Excellent communication and team work skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
People living with albinism/disability are a preference.
Literacy in Swahili language is added advantage
